HOSPITAL INCINERATOR HGH-40

What is HGH-40

  • Indoor incinerator
  • The incinerator melts the wastes and converts the liquid into gas by Pyrolysis (thermal-decomposition system) principle.
  • The incinerator decomposes molecule into atom and therefore, it Restricts to generate hazardous molecule such as dioxine or purine. The remaining gas should be passed water and it will be melted by water. Therefore, most of ggas will be disappeared.
  • Eco-friendly equipment: Minimizes the residue ratio after treatment (residues below 2-5%)
Advantages of HGH-40
  • Indoor incinerator with small space and without pollution
  • With perfect and environment-friendly combustion, it does not generates dioxin and get rid of most of hazardous gases and smell
  • Thermal-decomposition equipment using electricity causes less noisy.
  • Perfect pyrolysis by uniform waste-heating and thermal-decomposition treatment with high efficiency. No oxygen is provided.
  • Possible and simple to install in a small space indoors
  • Movable to any places by roller
  • Simple operation: easy and safe to operate for everyone, no additional treatment. All procedures are automatically operated.
  • Extremely low cost for maintenance and treatment
  • Eco-friendly equipment: Minimizes the residue ratio after treatment (residues below 5%)
  • Reduces administrative and reporting work related to wastes disposal and treatment
  • Preventing abrasion and corrosion of insulting materials by low pressure-resistance design
  • Requiring no additional heating with spontaneous burning of thermal-decomposed gases

Disposal and treatment process

The incinerator has two furnaces (First furnace and second furnace).
-First furnace: is called pyrolysis furnace (thermal decomposition furnace). It decomposes wastes Into gas by thermal –decomposition process (Solid -> Liquid -> Gas)
    1. Pile medical wastes into the bucket and open the cover and put the bucket in the first furnace
    2. Push a start-button, all are automatically operated and finished with the following process 3.1 The Thermal-decomposed gases are combusted in the furnace and the gas goes to the second furnace
3.2 The second furnace heated burns the combusted gases by the long furnace. The gas cannot passes the second furnace and the second furnace removes smells and pollution gas that can be passed in the first furnace.
3.3 To cool the heat generated in the process cooling water comes in and goes out by the automatic cooling system

Procedure in detail Wastes for Disposal

1. Hospital Wastes
  • Absorbent cotton (Bandage, Gauze and etc..)
  • Tissue substances (extracted from human body and animals)
  • Dangerous wastes (syringe needles, surgical knives and etc. : they will be oxidized but still inside although the size is little by little reduced, in case the size is too much then take them out of furnace and throw them into waste like normal steel)
  • Synthetic plastics (disposable syringes, blood, bags, and etc.)
  • Drugrs (cocaine, expired medicine and pill)
2. Lab Wastes (samples, cultured bacteria and etc.

Places for Installation

1. Hospitals generating extracts from the human body, absorbent cotton, disposable syringes and blood bags , etc.
2. Nursing houses (such as silver town) generating disposable diapers and etc..
3. Research institutes generating experimental animal dead bodies
4. Ships generating daily life wastes and maintenance wastes

Operation Cost
Ex) 80kg treatment per day (200beds)
